30-Day Happy-Cat Guarantee

 

AeroBowl: If your cat doesn't love eating from the AeroBowl, contact us within 30 days of delivery at studio@kerqus.com. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the AeroBowl with its bowl and mounting hardware, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Other products: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Diffuser fragrance oils can be returned only if unopened. Return shipping for these items is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

 

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
