Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

 

Shipping rates: Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged at checkout based on weight and the service you select.

 

Delivery time: Economy orders typically arrive 5–8 business days after shipping. Standard orders typically arrive sooner. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 

Damaged or lost packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email studio@kerqus.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
