Returns & Refund

At Kerqus, our goal is to help you create a home where living with pets is effortless and beautiful. If a product doesn’t perfectly complement your space or meet your expectations, we are here to make it right.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Architectural Pieces: Must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.

  • Neutralizers & Oils: Due to the nature of our scents, fragrance oils (Beethoven & Cheshire) must be unopened and the safety seal must be intact.

  • Devices: The Bluetooth Portable Diffuser must be returned with all original components (charging cables, bottles, and instructions).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened fragrance oils or used neutralizer sprays (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Gift Cards."

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
